Major events and milestones of our Company

The table below sets forth the key events and milestones in the history of our Company:

1973	Incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956.
1976	Listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange; established the first oxygen plant in Kalyani, West Bengal.
2004	Established the first air separation unit in Uluberia, West Bengal.
2009	Established the second air separation unit in Parawada (Visakhapatnam), Andhra Pradesh.
2012	Established the third air separation unit in Jadcherla (Hyderabad), Telangana.
2013	Air Water Inc. acquired up to 51% of the company's equity shares.
2017	Achieved a turnover of more than ₹1,000 million.
2018	Opened a cylinder filling station in Panagarh, West Bengal; voluntarily delisted from the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
2019	Entered into an equipment leasing agreement with a major steel manufacturer for onsite gas production and pipeline supply.
2020	Secured a contract to build a plant in Bangladesh on an EPC basis.
2021	Became a 100% Indian-owned company after Air Water Inc. divested its shareholding to the company's promoters; entered into a pipeline supply agreement with Jairaj Ispat Limited to set up a 600 TPD capacity plant.
2022	Achieved a turnover of more than ₹2,000 million.
2023	Entered into a contract with a government-owned steel manufacturing company for the operation and maintenance of their 2,500 TPD oxygen plant.
